Clouds at Sunset, Winter Farm Field

A late winter sunset. The snow was gone, the fields back to being bare brown and tan. Everything waiting for spring except for the animals, which must continually forage and hunt for food.

From the western horizon, the setting sun raked its golden light across the field, then slid beneath the horizon. But the clouds above were still in position to catch the last rays, lighting up wonderfully.
