Marblehead Lighthouse, Lake Erie, Ohio
Marblehead Light basks in the sunlight of a sunny mid-September morning on the southwest shore of Lake Erie in northwest Ohio. The cumulus clouds drifted behind from right to left, while the gradient of the sun-to-shadow across the tower's skin illuminated every nuance of its recently refurbished exterior.
