"Big Falls" is a waterfall that is not all that large. It's merely a certain unnamed section of a small headwaters stream in the Quehanna Wild Area on the Elk State Forest, high up on the Allegheny Plateau in northwest Pennsylvania.

In this winter image, the stream is unfozen, the spray from the waterfall having formed shelves of ice on the rocks around it.
